A fix to 16:10 resolutions, and a change to the tooltips

I have just pushed a version of the game that fixes camera placement on 16:10 resolutions, sorry for missing that in my initial tests
I also adjusted the way the way tooltips look I think it's better but I am just the developer lol.

Have fun mashing your top scores, and creating new custom tile sets!

Future plan will be to incorporate a leaderboard in the game, not just personal high scores but a way to challenge yourself against everyone who plays.
